1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SokoSauti Creators Hub (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By signing up, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Creator Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You may not impersonate another person or entity.
  • You may not sell, transfer, or share your account without our prior written consent.

4. Content Standards

All content uploaded to the Platform must comply with our community guidelines. The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Sexually explicit or pornographic material.
  • Hate speech, harassment, or bullying.
  • Violence, gore, or illegal activities.
  • Copyright-infringing material.
  • Misleading or fraudulent content.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant SokoSauti a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.

6. Collaborations and Subscriptions

The Platform facilitates brand collaborations and fan subscriptions. We are not a party to any agreement between creators and brands or subscribers. Creators are responsible for delivering agreed-upon content and complying with applicable advertising disclosure laws.

7. Verification

Verified status is granted at our discretion. We may revoke verification if a creator violates these Terms or our community guidelines. The first 100 verified creators receive complimentary verification as part of our founding offer.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
